Christian counseling offers an extra level of depth for those who believe God is crucial in their counseling process. I counsel with Intimacy Therapy, which is Biblically based and relational. This process is powerful for both individuals and couples. I believe we all spend most of our days trying to get our God given needs met. I help you to understand what those needs are, and how to communicate them. I am also a level 1 P.A.C.T Therapist, which is based on attachment and brain science as it applies to couples. If you struggle with pain, fear, or anxiety, you will appreciate this therapeutic experience.

I also offer multiple assessments for free as part of my session work. These assessments help clients to identify their needs, as well as to understand why they have those needs today. My clients should leave this work with relational tools they can use and new understanding that leads towards successful relationship experiences. I have additional training with addiction and affair recovery.  I am a member in good standing with the Christian Counselors of Texas. Along with my wife Cristy Ragland, I am co-owner and founder of Pflugerville Counseling Center, PLLC.
