A Bit About Me

Originally from the Dallas metroplex, I now reside in Austin, TX with my husband and two-year-old son. I am a compassionate LPC-Associate with over 14 years of experience working closely with children and families. My experience as a school counselor and educator has enriched my understanding of child development and the unique pressures students & school staff face today.

About My Work

I am deeply committed to creating safe, inclusive, and affirming therapeutic spaces where all individuals can heal, connect, grow, and thrive. My practice focuses on helping children & teens navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, divorce/separation, low self-esteem, self-harm, and suicidal ideation. I work collaboratively with my clients’ caregivers through routine consultation, offering guidance on healthy routines, sibling dynamics, and technology boundaries.
