A Bit About Me
Hi there! I’m Jennifer, and I’m glad you’re here taking the first step into your healing journey.
Life doesn’t come with a rulebook but if it did, I’d like to think it would say that you never have to face challenges alone. I know it can feel awkward, embarrassing, or maybe even overwhelming to ask for help, but know that it doesn’t have to be.
About My Work
As your counselor, I will strive to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. I will value our time together and I promise to be present and authentic. I want our sessions to be a safe space in your life; a space that is inclusive and free of judgment. I’m excited to be here to help you achieve your goals and watch you grow and transform through our work together!
Who I Work With
I am a proud and dedicated LGBTQ+ affirming therapist and welcome same-sex couples or queer-identifying individuals. I encourage authentic self-expression and welcome all identities and neurotypes ages 16 and up. I strive to provide gentle and understanding support to all of my clients. I am here to help you set and achieve goals and process any setbacks and find new solutions. I have experience working with adults and couples as they navigate different relational struggles. I particularly enjoy working with individuals who are facing transitions in their lives - from jobs, to schooling, to relationships and more.
