Therapist Consultation Group

With over 30 years of combined experience, Elisha Bidwell, LMFT and Cristy Ragland bring a rich and diverse clinical background to this group. United by their passion for supporting therapists working with complex developmental trauma, parenting, and neurodivergence, they approach their work through the lens of attachment and interpersonal neurobiology.

This monthly, closed consultation group is designed for therapists who value connection, reflection, and co-regulation. Facilitated by Elisha and Cristy, the group blends traditional clinical consultation with expressive modalities such as sandtray work—engaging both the analytical and imaginative mind.

Together, we focus on building inner resources to sustain our work and nurture our wellbeing.

This group offers support with:

  • Case consultation and peer feedback

  • Processing the emotional toll of clinical work

  • Building community rooted in shared values

  • Examining cultural and systemic influences on therapy

  • Reconnecting with creativity and intuition

No prior sandtray experience is needed. Space is limited.

Group is currently closed or not taking new people, please contact Cristy for more info on when there might be an open spot
