Trauma and EMDR Therapy Texas

Healing is possible. Let us help lighten the load you’re carrying so life feels better.

Trauma can show up in quiet or loud ways—through anxiety, hypervigilance, disconnection, emotional shutdown, or even just the sense that something in you is always bracing for the next hit. Whether you’ve experienced a single event or years of ongoing stress, trauma affects how we relate to ourselves, our bodies, and the world.

We offer trauma therapy that is compassionate, collaborative, and body-aware. We support healing from personal, relational, and cultural trauma through approaches that center safety, choice, and deep respect for your pace.

Our Approach to Trauma and EMDR Therapy in Texas

We’re not here to rush you toward “moving on.” We’re here to help you feel safe in your own body again, connect with your story in a way that feels manageable, and reclaim yourself in a way that feels better.

Our therapists integrate trauma-informed modalities including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and attachment-based therapy. EMDR provides a safe and measured way to help the trauma become a part of our overall story vs. a part of us that feels uncontrolled in the way it affects us, and is particularly helpful for PTSD. We also honor how trauma intersects with neurodiversity, identity, and life experience.

You Deserve to Heal

You are not too broken, too late, or too much. Healing is possible. And it begins with being met with care. We also offer training on recognizing trauma in children/parents/educations designed for parents and educators. Reach out for a session or consultation—available in Pflugerville and virtually across Texas.
