Couples & Relationship Counseling

Support for real relationships in real life.

Even in the best partnerships, life’s stressors—work, parenting, old wounds, shifting priorities—can leave couples feeling disconnected, resentful, or stuck in the same argument loops. Whether you're newly together or decades in, therapy can offer a reset. We also offer premarital counseling, helping couples transition with support and care.

Couples counseling is more common than most people realize, and it’s a powerful way to show up for your partner, even if it’s out of your comfort zone. At Pflugerville Counseling Center, we work with couples across Texas to help restore connection, navigate conflict, and build something new.

Some couples come to therapy to take what is already mostly good and enrich it. Things don’t have to be at a breaking point for therapy to be supportive. Relationship tune-ups can help prevent future problems, support changing some negative patterns before they are super entrenched, increase gratitude, connection, and intimacy.

Understanding how to navigate neurodiversity within a couple can be incredibly helpful and supportive- often increasing understanding of how each other moves through the world can increase capacity, compassion, and perspective.
