A Bit About Me
I was born and raised in McAllen, Texas and now live in Round Rock with my husband, our children, and our dogs. Outside of work, family life keeps me busy and grounded, and I cherish the joy and connection it brings. As an LPC-Associate, I am deeply honored to be in this profession and consider it a true privilege to be invited into the lives and stories of the people I work with. I believe therapy can be truly transformative, and am passionate about walking alongside clients as they discover healing, growth, and new possibilities.
About My Work
I believe that healing happens in connection. My approach to counseling is collaborative, compassionate, and rooted in building a safe and supportive relationship where clients feel truly heard and understood. I value authenticity and bring that into the counseling relationship, encouraging clients to show up as their full selves. Together, we will work through life’s difficulties, exploring challenges while also uncovering strengths and resilience. I work with individuals navigating trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions, and I strive to help clients build trust, strengthen resilience, and create more meaningful connections in their lives.
Who I Work With
I work with individuals, couples, parents, and families, supporting ages 12 and up, teens, and adults. I am particularly passionate about working with those who are navigating trauma, processing grief and loss, experiencing relational challenges, or exploring life through the lens of neurodiversity. Whether it’s finding hope after loss, rebuilding trust, strengthening communication, or better understanding oneself, I strive to create a safe and supportive space where clients feel seen, valued, and empowered in their growth.
