Join Our Team
Pflugerville Counseling Center is currently seeking part-time or full-time Associates to join our group counseling practice under the supervision of Julie James or Ali Hoke. Preference is given to candidates who specialize in work with any of the following: couples, children/teens, trauma, attachment, neurodiversity, and/or work from an IPNB perspective.

This is a W2 employee position and compensation is monthly based on a percentage of your billed services and experience. Client caseloads typically grow at a consistent pace, especially those of you that see children and teens. Hours can be negotiated and are mostly set by the therapist, but must be willing to include some evening and/or weekend hours, and must be open to creating a schedule with different hours on different days. We are asking that you be able to provide a hybrid of in person/virtual sessions.
Our ideal candidate is someone who wants to be working and growing in a group practice setting. PCC strives to provide care to our community and in that spirit, we would appreciate a therapist willing to take a mix of insurance (for licensed therapists only) and private pay, but this is open to discussion. PCC will provide the therapist with credentialing support. We welcome candidates from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Therapists at PCC are committed to their own personal and professional growth. We value learning and collaborating with each other and in our professional community. There are opportunities for regular consultation, required HIPAA training, and at times- other learnings- specifically focused on social justice, neurodiversity, and IPNB. PCC uses Simple Practice and provides some marketing. We are a mix of therapists who are private pay and insurance based. We enjoy learning from and building relationships with each other and believe a staff that feels safe, supported, and valued can in turn more readily provide that to our clients. We seek to prioritize the well being of our therapists as well that for our clients.

PCC always welcomes any application for future employment opportunities regardless of current openings.
