I am so glad that you are here!!! You are so brave for taking this very first step, and often this step can be the hardest. When working with me you can expect to be met with empathy and compassion, from where I sit you are already an amazing human and you are just looking for ways to expand and grow through healing. I accept you wherever you are on your journey, exactly as you are and provide a safe and nurturing environment that fosters the opportunity for self-exploration.
To my adults – I am thankful for you, thankful for the hard work that you do each and every time you come to session. Being able to come fully motivated and vulnerable while we do hard work is a beautiful thing. Attachments are formed at such a young age, and as we work to develop safe, strong and secure attachments your relationships blossom in such amazing ways.
To my families – Thank you for trusting me to enter into this relationship with you. We will work closely together as a team to ensure that secure attachments are being built and healing is happening. The basis for all of my work is that we are transparent and honest, also, that we work hard. While I am working with your child or children, we will also be meeting regularly to ensure that our goals are aligned and growth and progress is taking place. With 13 years of experience in the schools, I strive to help families navigate the educational system to create the most positive experience for you and your learner.
To my community – I also hold such respect for diversity of race, ethnicity, gender and gender identity, sexual orientation, body type/size, religion, abilities and I am committed to continuing my education into anti-racist work, and believe this will be a life-long journey of dismantling my own privilege.
