Hi there!

I’m Jennifer, and I’m glad you’re here taking the first step into your healing journey.

Life doesn’t come with a rulebook but if it did, I’d like to think it would say that you never have to face challenges alone. I know it can feel awkward, embarrassing, or maybe even overwhelming to ask for help, but know that it doesn’t have to be. As your counselor, I will strive to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. I will value our time together and I promise to be present and authentic. I want our sessions to be a safe space in your life; a space that is inclusive and free of judgment. 

I like to use a Client-Centered approach, and tend to focus on finding solutions to problems as well as helping you set and achieve goals. I particularly enjoy working with individuals who are facing transitions in their lives - from jobs, to schooling, to relationships and more. I also am level 1 Sand Tray certified..
